Zimmer’s Bakes
Zimmer's Bakes has Cookies. Chocolate Chip, Ginger Snap, Cheat Free & Baklava. Also, the Cheat Free Cookies & the Lento Bars are Gluten Friendly. She does bake everything in the same kitchen so She can’t completely control cross contamination. However their ingredients are gluten free.
The Eat Greek Truck will be there serving up Vegan, Vegetarian, and Gluten Free Options as well as their traditional menu. They offer Dolmades, Falafel Gyros, Greek Salads, Seasoned Fries, Spanakopita, and Baklava just to name a few!
Island Wraps specializes in vegan, gluten-free, AND Dairy-free options. For vegan specifics, they have 2 styles of rubbish plates, gourmet salads and wraps available for your tummy. They range from incorporating Jamaican rice&beans, raw and sautéed veggies, fruits, Caribbean flavors galore and spiced to tantalize you tastebuds whether mild or hot. Not to mention the decadent fried carmelized plantains ripe and ready for you to nibble on. Morning, noon, and night! They look forward to catering to you this year and beyond!
