If visting our store- ignore these directions since they are for the festival that takes place at the home of The Purple Painted Lady® which is on 60 beautiful farming acres in the Finger Lake Region of New York.  (yes- that is polite and fancy way to say,….. you will be parking in a hay field!)

IMPROVED ENTRANCE TO PARKING!!! We now have TWO entrances into the MAIN parking lot to expedite getting you off the road quicker!

One entrance for people coming from RT 31 heading south on Yellow Mills and another entrance for people coming from RT 21 heading north on Yellow Mills Road / Hackett Road.

Location

COMING FROM OUT OF TOWN?
BY PLANE

The airport you want to fly into is ROC.  (Rochester, NY)  The festival takes place in Macedon NY, but for GPS purposes, use Palmyra NY 14522.  This is a rural community.  We are about 35 minutes away from the airport.  If you are coming in from out of town and you do not know your way around, plan on it taking you 45 minutes.  LOL

Parking

We have over 30 farming acres of parking.  Keep in mind though – this show is HUGE and it is held outside! And so is the parking – and we use 30 acres of our farmed hay fields for the parking. What does that mean? Maybe save the white carpeted Porsche Cayenne for the mall and drive your other vehicle.  And, please don’t wear high heels- or your brand new white Converse because you will be walking in a field.

Is it horrible?  NO!  But we want people to be realistic.  Parking is managed by the Wayne County Sheriffs, the Wayne County Explorers, the Town of Macedon Police, South Macedon Fire Department and also the PalMac Rotary. We all do our best to get you in that parking space as quickly as possible.    If you have a question about the restriction on the parking- just call the Wayne County Sheriffs, or Macedon Town Police.

To access Handicap Parking- you must be coming from RT 31 and head SOUTH on Yellow Mills Road.  If you are coming from RT 21….you should take Rt 21 to Rt 31 to Yellow Mills.
Handicap parking is available on the WEST side of Yellow Mills Road by permit only.

Please note that this is an outside festival located on a farm – the terrain will not be perfectly smooth.

Look for the 18 ft tall BLUE ROAD FLAG indicating Handicap Parking.
